Textured concrete using the PeterFell Texture Safe System provides concrete with a permanent non-slip surface in any environment. The system is a permanent method of creating safer, slip-resistant concrete surfaces and eliminates the need for temporary coatings. By combining specialised bush hammering techniques with advanced diatomic carbon (C²) densifiers, the system delivers long-lasting performance and durability for both old and new concrete.

Modifies the concrete surface

Unlike applied anti-slip treatments, Texture Safe modifies the concrete surface itself. Using precision Abujardar tooling, the process creates an even, consistent texture that enhances both safety and appearance. By applying a penetrating C² lithium densifier, the surface is further strengthened, hardening the concrete and preserving the slip-resistant profile over time.

Suitable in all environments

The system is ideal for a wide range of environments, from residential pool surrounds to commercial floors and public spaces with heavy foot traffic. The Texture Safe System provides multiple finish options tailored to functional and design requirements. All finishes are independently tested and compliant with AS/NZS 3661.1:1993 Slip Resistance of Pedestrian Surfaces.
