Francesca is the newest addition to our management team, stepping into the role of Junior Project Manager for the painting sector after three years with the company. Having recently completed her Painter Mastercraft Trust training, she brings a strong technical foundation and a sharp eye for detail to every project.

Francesca is already proving herself as a capable and dedicated emerging project manager, building strong client relationships and delivering quality outcomes. Family-focused and thoughtful in her approach, she brings that same sense of care and connection into her professional life.
